When I used to work in television news, I worked out. Kinda part of the job when viewers would comment about how you looked, what you wore and if they liked your hair. If they didn't like my appearance, it would take away from the news I was delivering. They wouldn't be able to concentrate. I get it.
Now that I'm not in the business, there's not that added pressure to look on-air perfect. However, I still like to feel good about myself. So I try to workout, but sometimes life gets in the way. And let's be real, I'd rather sleep than exercise. Plus, I'm a foodie.
With a great product, I can workout in the comfort of my own home. No more getting up early to go to the gym or racing to a class after work. Fluidity gives me the great barre workout I love so much.
The creator - Michelle Austin - who trained with Lotte Berk found this method to help with many health issues, as you are helping to self-correct when training in your own body alignment. The beauty benefits are endless...perfect posture, a long & lean appearance, and sculpted abs to name a few. The home unit is portable and includes a simple setup for travel, making it easy to take on any road trip or vacation. It folds up and can be easily stored.
Also to help you get the most out of your barre workout, Fluidity has many studio classes across the United States, including Los Angeles, New York, North Carolina, Washington D.C./Virginia area, Chicago, Jacksonville, and other Florida cities. The studio classes are available now in Gainesville at Gainesville Health & Fitness Center. And, in the fall at David Barton Gym in Miami.
